Ms Claus has severe allergies centered around pollen, so if there is any way to improve her comfort, it is always first and foremost on my agenda. I would certainly appreciate the opportunity to be a tester. (Pollen is not an issue at the North Pole, these summer excursions down south are pretty painful at times.)

I live in the far north, our PPM/AQI can get very bad during extreme cold *Exhaust/c02 falls to ground level near -20F because the cold atmosphere pushes down any aerosols, and in the summer wild fires can wreck havoc on our clean air! No longer worried knowing your company produces a high quality replacement!

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share that I just installed my new @BASENOR HEPA replacement filter for my Cybertruck. First off, I really appreciate how easy this install was. Basenor provides a very easy checklist, with photos, to install the filter. They even provided a plastic trim remover tool to assist you with the process.

I have owned my Cybertruck since last July and was very surprised how clean the HEPA filter still was, especially with the amount of pollen we have this year and my climate is on constantly. I went ahead and changed the filter out, but I did not throw away my OEM one since it still seems to have many miles left on it.

Here are some photos. The filter on the left is the new Basenor one. The filter on the right is the Tesla OEM one. I flipped the filter so you can see what both sides look like.

The Basenor replacement filter feels very heavy duty and does not feel cheaply made at all. The filter material additionally looks to be the same type of material that Tesla uses.

Overall, I give the Basenor filter an A+ rating, based on being more affordable than Tesla, the same type of material, and ease of install. I will check the filter again in 6 months or so to see if it is still functioning correctly and holding up well.
