Has anyone tried to file down the sharp edges on the CT? If so what tools did you use? Will it affect the warranty?
Thanks
I just used a metal file. Doesn’t take much to take off the sharpness. Takes about 5 seconds per area in all honesty. If they haven’t improved the edges, I definitely would recommend checking yours. Mine definitely had some that would get you, but mine is an early model

You definitely don’t need a power tool to do this. It is easy by hand

Better to do it with plumbers Emory cloth 400-800 grit or use 400 and then again with 800 - to make a nice clean edge.
