I was using a 1/4 cup per gallon or so. It also works to just pour some on a wet microfiber wash mitt.

Now mind you, I've been washing and detailing high end cars for what seems like my entire adult life - I've never, ever, dreamt of doing something like this to a painted vehicle. But on Cybertruck, it just works so well, no real risk of micro scratches or swirls.

YMMV
hm, I've been using one capful with probably 3 gallons of water... I've been using the same bottle of ONR for 4 years so far for some reason. Even with that concentration it still seems to do the job, and the result is rather different from plain water. I'm probably using 90% less than you.

I think I'll adjust to your amount and see if I can see any difference. The only issue I have is bugs from the front of the frunk.

If it's good enough for Starship it's good enough for Cybertruck.

I have been using ONR and to me it cleans nothing. Gone through half large bottle of the stuff feels like I am using water. Getting ready to try other products. I saw a video on a a guy who took his through a self serve car wash with several options of water and soap. He said it cleans beautiful. Still frustrated. Of course Barkeepers with windex. But really have to cover the thing with barkeepers to get it to turn out decent. That is to much. By now with all the checking and testing we should have a bullet proof product/method to wash it and have it come out nice and shiny with no prints, dirt, grease, road grime...etc.

we do have a method. hose it down with a sprayer nozzle. dry with a leaf blower to prevent water spots (for those of us with hard water) and wipe down with Sprayway ammonia free monthly.

never used BKF or Windex (except on windows). No desire to torture the stainless with acids and bases, don’t get why people do this.

Stainless steel likes acid. It improves the surface. BFK et al can help remove discolorations and make the appearance more uniform, but it's not necessary to "clean" the truck.

I bought some CitraSurf a couple of weeks ago but it hasn't needed it yet so I haven't had a good opportunity to try it out yet.
