I got the horn today. The choice, to-horn or not-to-horn, was sent as a message to my Tesla App two days ago. I clicked yes on the message while sitting in the truck, and 3 seconds later, had the horn. This is an August delivery vehicle, with the latest software update.
Love the sound. Not sure how loud it is, but in the driveway, seems way quieter than the old horn. Maybe it is dynamic and will be louder on the road or something.
