I like the look and it’s a nice idea but would prefer it in real carbon fiber rather than ABS plastic. It’s a $100k vehicle so adding cheap plastic cheapens it. I am sure many will like the cost savings but I would prefer the real thing.

additionally i would recommend making it in 4 versions, both typical “woven” look carbon fiber as you have pictured here as well as forged carbon fiber, each in both glossy and matte options. If you offered all 4 versions in both real and ABS options that would be 8 separate products total.

that’s my feedback.

cheers

I like it. I did white vinyl in mine but it has trouble sticking around the cup holders. I would totally buy something like this. I love carbon fiber but have already embraced the white/black theme so make a white one and I'll buy it.

I like the stock cover better, but it's awesome for ppl who like to mod the interior! I know you're not asking, but since you make stuff for CT, here's some things I rigged that other CT owners might like:

1. Steer with your knee again: I mounted a steering wheel knob to the lower left side of the squircle, I can drive with my knee now, but it's not perfect. Somethong that attaches and rounds out the bottom of the squircle would be much better, but this works for me for now.

2. See your phone again: Raise the wireless charger ports so you cas see and use the whole phone. In the current chargers the bottom of the screen is inaccessible. I used the Tesla wireless pad that was styled like CT and rigged it to go on top. Needed to make a bigger lip for the bottom so phone doesn't fall out. Works great so far but I haven't had any super hard turns. The sides are a bit shallow so the phone might fly off.

3. Have your silence again: Door handle inserts that are fully rubberized to eliminate rattle against the sides. Current models are hard plastic and stuff you put inside rattles.

I have to be honest... I've never in my life thought steering with my knees would be adequate to control a vehicle at any speed. It pretty much equates to "here, hold my beer..." to me.

But it seems like a lot of people are into it. Yikes.

and

Cheers
