free charging?

My FS AWD did not incluced free supercharging when I bought the truck. I've paid supercharge fees for 2 years when needed.
But this weekend a Turo guest charged 3x and the charge history shows $0.00 charged.
The charge support AI says I have free charging through August 2026.
BUT how did I get this? T
I pass along the supercharger fees to the Turo guest but can't figure out if I will be charged by Tesla when they figure it out?
Calling supercharger support but been on hold 20 minutes

They give it to trucks with the PCS failure. Lucky you bc I hadn’t gotten the free charging. Sounds like you need to make a service appointment to get your PCS replaced. They will be errors in the service menu.

Or, could your turo guest have used their Tesla account to charge like they were charging a Rivian or something? Don’t know if that is possible but “under charge my other EV” there are some options I haven’t explored.

PCS in the Cybertruck stands for Power Conversion System, a key component managing the vehicle’s electrical architecture, bidirectional charging, and DC-DC conversion.

Thanks, I didn't ask for free supercharging and had not scheduled service until today, now the SC has confirmed Tesla gave this "benefit" to me because my truck needs PCS replaced/repaired, but nothing appears in the alerts (even under service).

While I would appreciate free supercharging 5x-10x/yr I don't need to pass that on to my Turo guests....I'm the one who will probably lose bookings to bring the truck in for repair not the guest. The guests should pay for their charging.

Just get the f.....g parts and fix my truck. If I or one of my guests get's bricked/stranded due to a failed before that service appointment PCS I'll be even more pissed
