1 year free super charging

Does anybody know how to contact the delivery team regarding the free supercharging that was supposed to be activated on my Cyberbeast? they said it would be activated within 30 days of delivery. It’s been 5 days over the 30 days and I’m still on pay as you go. Thanks in advanced for any help.

Just plug in your home charger! They'll think you don't need the superchargers and they'll turn it on. Not sure if this is real but for weeks I tried to contact support and had tickets open. The night I plugged in. I woke up with my 2 months activated. They got 150 bucks in charging from me before I hooked up a 240. Now waiting on my powerShare credits for a charger.

I have been charging at home. I’ve also used the superchargers because we went on a road trip to the Bay Area from San Diego and also paid for supercharging. Thx for the reply

Regular customer service. Do t remember the options but was a 2 hour wait just to talk to someone. I think I did service.

It was one of two options for Cyberbeast owners who denied or were ineligible for Powershare; 1-year charging or $1400 shop credit. Dual motor owners had 6-month charging or $700 credit/voucher. It doesn’t seem like many people got this yet and Tesla has updated terms. So it’s a waiting game.

I’m in the same boat. I have been plugging in one of my two home chargers since I got it home 3 weeks ago, but still on pay-as-you-go, when I am on the road. Since it hasn’t been a month yet, I didn’t contact Tesla yet. But, my temporary plates are about to expire also… and since I use my Cybertruck for my business everyday, I can’t be without it.
I’m hoping they resolve both concerns soon.

I tried contacting Tesla about PowerShare and failed. One rep told me to call a local installer and tell them I didn’t want it. The local installer was confused why I called him to tell him I didn’t want it lol
One told me to contact my sales rep, fail. One rep told me to reply to the PowerShare email which I never received.

I can’t use PowerShare and I want my free supercharging plus credit voucher if I get that. Frustrating

Seems to be an issue for allot of folks. I have emailed and texted/called(number was finally disconnected) my original rep for almost 7 weeks now looking for my credit and have not heard a peep. The emails don't bounce, just not answered.

I am on week 7 as well, i call the local showroom as well as tesla corporate multiple times a week. Best case is i get someone who goes the extra mile and submits a ticket for me to escalate claiming i will be contacted in a day or two. Here I am 7 weeks later and no progress.
