Greetings,
Ive had the truck for 5 months now and love the Cybertruck, Came from a Rivian R1T.
I had the truck in last month for a few minor issues and a camera cleaning. Yesterday I noticed a bubble in the dash, has anyone else have this issue develop over time? i thought at first the tech may have put all his weight on the dash when cleaning the windshield camera area but after looking at the service manual, I think it might be where the airbag is for the passenger.

Anyone else experience this?

I think there is another thread on the forum with the same issue. Can't remember the conclusion though

Airbag exit? If so your seam might be coming loose. Hopefully a warranty fix.

Just guessing here either they swapped your airbag for a child sized one or they forgot to put it in. Just picking, I do not have this issue in mine.

Mine does not look nearly as protuberant as that. Theres an outline but no hump.

According to Grok,"On the Tesla Cybertruck, the front passenger airbag is located within and deploys directly from the instrument panel top pad (the upper surface of the dashboard)...While the airbag itself is hidden, the dashboard material is often pre-scribed or thinned in a specific area above the module to ensure a clean, reliable break during deployment."

I have the bump on the dash, which I did not notice until reading this post. Not as obvious but definitely there.

I have the similar issue but the lump is not that big and it won't go in when I pressed. I took my CT to two different Tesla service center (NYC and Milwaukee). NYC said "it was not supposed to be there and part needs to be replaced under warranty " which I did not have time to wait for a part when I was there. I took another service appt and MKE service center tech said this is where the passenger airbag is and it's same for other CTs, and they did not do anything about it at MKE.

I heard two separate comments from Tesla technicians.

Milwaukee has the part on order so I’m assuming they will be replacing it. Appointment is the next week so I’ll let you know what they say/do/cover.
