You'd think for 85 bucks they would include four bolts that are black. I purchase and took a sharpie to black them out until I purchase something proper.

Something anodized both washer and bolt.

Agreed! That was my thought too! I was going to pull out (when I have some free time) and paint both bolt and washer, then re-install! Just not paying attention to details, IMO
