Frunk not closing

Just got my truck and following initial inspection there was some mal-alignment of the hood so service and realigned it and may actually have replaced the hood.
the problem is now the frunk comes down and reopens. It's intermittent in nature like every 3rd or 5th opening.
anyone else having the same problem?

I had a n appt to drop off the truck for wrapping, so I hope it doesn't affect the wrap

there is a way to reset it and that might solve that issue. Unfortunately, I don't remember what it is.
i googled it, try pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds and it will beep, then open and close it. Hope that works.

I have a similar issue where it inconsistent closing. I've taken it to SC and they say they fixed it then a few days go by and doesn't close consistently. Now I just hold one of the front corners just when it's about to close, I push and hold it. Always closes but that's not a good solution. I'll likely ask SC the next time I visit to see if they can check the sensors. Hopefully SC will fix yours, good luck!

Service tried to fix mine twice and it’s still doing it. I asked some CT owners if they have the same issue and they dont.

If there is a single atom blocking the frunk it will reopen. I've nearly stopped using mine because it doesn't like to latch.
