FS Order - Tesla website says if I don’t change to non-FS my order will be cancelled and order fee refunded

I got a email that basically said that my foundation series cyber truck is no longer available and I have to update the order to a non-foundation series cyber truck. When I went on the website, it says that if I do not change or update to the non-foundation series my order will be canceled, and my order fee will be refunded. When I asked the Tesla representative on the app if my order fee will be refunded, they said it is nonrefundable. That is not what the website states -

has anyone else dealt with this?

Well, if they can't produce the truck you ordered, they can't take your deposit, so they would, by law, have to refund you.

I think you're the first to show up who's encountered the end of Foundation production, though.

Ya I ordered the regular cybertruck using a different account associated with my current model 3 which has FSD so I can do the FSD transfer. I want to cancel my foundation order and just get a refund for the $1000 order fee plus $100 reservation fee

Unless they changed the terms of service for a Tesla account, you are only allowed to have one account per person.
