You do realize that the buyer will still have to pay Sales Taxes when they register the truck and get plates. You are saying they will save in taxes is misleading.

Interesting. I understand that there isn't any tax on the sale. But what I am talking about is the registration. Here in Illinois, you can sell you vehicle private party and not charge sales tax but when the buyer goes to register the vehicle that is where the sales tax is paid by the buyer.

Correct. Private party (not dealer!) are exempt.

I rescind the tax statement. AZ is a much better state to do business in than IL. I do believe if I buy it from you and register it in IL, I will have to pay taxes on it.

Registration fees are pretty steep in AZ though They’ll always find a way to get you.
