LIfetime. $7000 of the $20000 FS premium pays for that. The wording is confusing but (I believe) it was phrased that way to distinguish it from robotaxi which, according to the man, will eventually not even have a steering wheel. That will be "Full Self Driving" as opposed to the "FSD capable" current vehicles [will eventually] have.
