FSD stopped working today!

Started this morning, FSD stopped working, no route image display. I stopped on the way to work, rebooted it, still nothing. I noticed only front and back cameras working, all others are not. Anyone had similar experience, any fix before I go to Service Center?

BTW, I am using V14.2.2.5

Assuming you was in a trip, then all the sudden the red hands message popped up on the screen saying take over immediately?

My experience, I was traveling from Michigan to Arkansas about a week ago and FSD did the above several times. A yellow warning message on the screen said Autopilot disengaged due to system error. It disappeared before I could get a photo, After a few miles I was able to reactive FSD but it was super annoying. Happened about 10 times on the return trip. Fast forward a few days, now I have a critical error on my screen saying “AI Computer needs service”

Pretty much any CAN bus or camera error will disable FSD. Without FSD, do you still have any visualizations in your screen?

You could try to reset the DAS from the service menu per this thread. Might work for you.

Others have reported this when they connect a device like a radar detector to the cabin camera.

Thank you all for the helps and suggestions. FSD was back to normal after work. Everything is normal, no idea what went wrong

I had similar issue couple of weeks ago. The FSD was just disappeared, and on the next day, it showed up and working again.

Same here, lost FSD when I went to leave work a few weeks ago (it was fine at lunch). I did a scroll wheel reset, no difference. Connectivity was fine (as audio book played all the way home with no issues). The next morning all was well again. I posted about the consequences of this happening if/when I buy a cyber cab. I would have had a brick sitting in a parking spot at work for 12 hours.

I'm in for service tomorrow to see what is going on. When I watch the dash came footage it just stops right before the incidents.

I have had a few instances where the cameras(sides or all) didn't work temporarily. Last year all cameras were black for a short 10 minute trip. They worked the next time I drove. I did have the sides turn off the other week for less than a minute and FSD kicked off until they came back.

Pushing down on the two scroll wheels is a superficial restart of the vehicle. Walking away and having it lock for 15+ seconds seems to perform a deeper level reset of the system, which I had to do once, when both rear motors became disabled driving off on a cold morning and preconditioning for a SCer. I think that's why it fixed itself when you went to drive it next.

I dropped off the CB this morning and went for a ride with one of my favorite Techs.

We found the related errors and he will be doing a deep dive. Could be an issue with the Ryzen PC is what he is guessing so far.

The data logs are awesome on the truck.

Well got the Truck back.
Seems like the driver seat position was not calibrated. The autopilot thought the seat was dangerously close to the yoke and was disconnecting. They did some reboots and some other precautions.

So far so good. I'm gonna go get 14.3.X.X
