This is good news! Looks like Tesla is getting the inspection approvals needed to start Model Y production in Austin. If they meet their December 31st deadline and start producing Model Ys in volume by April, how quickly do you think they will move to setting up the lines for the CyberTruck?

Don't get too excited. The inspections by Texas Architectural Review Board were for architectural barriers to provide equal access for persons with disabilities to facilities like restrooms, stairs, doors, etc.

They are not an operating permit, just one of many inspections such as fire protection, electrical and building code that are required.
