Foam in the tire is separating and rendering the truck un-drivable. The tires will not balance due to the foam flopping around inside the tire. Went to Tesla and they basically said it is a Goodyear Warranty issue. Called Goodyear and that is where the fun began…………… Zero Help. After numerous calls finally got a “live” operator. Very helpful and told me to bring it to a Just Tires location for them to inspect the tires. Drove to designated “ GOODYEAR” Authorized Dealer. Then was told that they don’t know how to work on the truck. Don’t know how to jack it up, and it’s too big for their lifts, etc, etc. called back Goodyear and was told that they will send new tires to Tesla at a prorated price. I asked for the prorated price and was told each tire would cost me $406.00 with a whopping $69.00 savings per tire. I mean whats the frickin point of putting on new OEM tires that are average at best with that price point. Hopefully there will be some sort of Class Action Lawsuit for this known problem.
