But we stopped and checked a few times, the power feeding to the trailer was fine. All trailer brake light and turn lights were working as expected.

Anyone had the similar warning?

you connector on the trailer may be rusty, prohibiting proper contact between trailer and truck. Inspect for rust and clean connector, then add some dielectric grease. Should resolve the issue.

I connected a friend's Cybertruck the same way I did mine, using an accessory to the auxiliary 12V power feed for the trailer. but no trailer attached, just a pair of glow whips for high visibility when off-road, connected to the inline 4-pin trailer connector like the photo, but they don't work on his Cybertruck. he gets the trailer indicator light on his display in red and no power to the auxiliary. My Cybertruck connected the same way, works no indicator light at all, not even blue. we checked all other possible failures, tried his whips on mine, and they work fine. checked and double-checked the wires' polarity, checked the quick disconnect base. it all looks good, and they do light up momentarily on his Cybertruck until the red trailer indicator comes up, then they remain dead. so we know they are connected, right, and they do work. so it's got something to do with trailer set up or something in the system that is cutting off the power. Does anyone know about this?

According to the manual, the red trailer light indicator on the screen appears when the system detects a fault or short in the trailer wiring or any other device connected to the trailer connector. When a fault is detected, the system shuts off power to the connector and displays the red trailer light indicator. disconnecting the glow whips makes the red light go away. if you do the trailer lights test, the glow whips light up just fine during the test. Once the test is done, it goes back into safety mode and cuts the power. Need help, why does this happen on his CT but mine works fine? I've never seen the red indicator on mine. wired the same way.
