I use the Lifebox under the driver seat secured with a cable lock. I prefer to keep the center console free for other stuff, and my state is a no-go for glovebox.

Anyone know of any type of locked storage that can be added inside the console storage to keep things safe?

I'd prefer something that is quickly accessible, like a keycode.

Should be big enough for... handheld.. protection equipment.

I don't know about the console armrest portion, I haven't seen any mods for THAT. This all said, I DID see a biometric safe (designed for firearm use), that inserts and secures into the center console area. Someone posted about it a few days ago...

Agree, I don't like it being with a lock box AND below the tray above it, makes access extremely cumbersome. Needs to be a solution under the dash in the middle in that gigantic space.

I have mine mounted under the display. It’s not locked, because it is my phone daily conceal carry. It’s designed for quick access. The holster I’m using does have a release level so it doesn’t fall out when I hit a bump.

Yeah the the issue is, you don’t want to be punching in PIN codes when you need it most ?

P320 of mine is in center console for rapid deployment if need be. I just don’t leave it in the vehicle so locking it isn’t an issue for me (unless I have to drive through one of those special states) ?

Understood and technically correct. I just don't want to in and out it (and cant at work)...and with Grand Kids in and out, PIN it is.

Yeah my kids are grown… last one about to leave the nest. I didn’t think grand kids… that may be happening in the future so that may very well be a consideration for me.

Yeah me neither and now all 3 of them are at the house constantly...lets just say several safes, vaults, PINs - give up some reaction time but sleep better!

Its the same one. I have that one and the finger print option is nice but the one on mine failed so Im not a fan of it. it got super hot after I put the batteries in so it must have some internal fault.
