Hi all, I have to admit I've been hesitant to do this for a while but necessity is the mother of all inventions so here I am!
I'm an immigrant single father of two kids, I've been a Tesla fan since 2013 when by chance I got to do a test drive on a Model S, no other car has ever come close to these!
FWD two years and another good opportunity allowed me to move to California with a decent job, in 2016 I stood second in line to place an early reservation for a model 3, and in 2018 I was finally able to purchase it (cheapest version) after they had sold all the higher trims, and with all the federal and state incentives.
The same thing happened with the CT, I was able to secure an early reservation (RN112747***) but as they are selling the most expensive ones, and I had several financial issues from health problems and the pandemic, I ended up shelving it for later when (and if) I'm able to afford it.
That was in December, I've never been of the opportunistic type so it has never been my goal to sell my spot or flip the truck, but all my financials have snowballed. My credit score took a big hit so now I'm looking for any way to shed debt, and can't even think of buying the truck to resell it. I had to sell the Model 3, leave my home, and move in with a friend.
I'm not willing to do anything crazy, like selling my Tesla account, but if I can come to a mutually beneficial agreement with anyone here interested, please let me know.
And to the admins, I can provide proof that all this is real, please also contact me if needed.
Thanks,
Struggling dad.
