Thank you for the feedback. I don't remember the brand. I just know it was not Izonetk, PURE, Xpel, or Stek. The reason I know that is because I initially sent him a link to TSportline's website with 2-3 colors I liked and he said he doesn't use the brands listed on their site.
I would consider $6500 for an off brand to be high for our standards even though I have called other parts of the States and I've heard numbers from $6000-$9500 but many are also inexperienced in the Cybertruck and don't know you can finish that truck in 2 days. 1 day to lay all PPF down and the next day to tuck all of the PPF inside the jams and reassemble. Any additional day given is just for quality control which I always highly recommended to reduce lifting if QC is done at all at some shops.
I would suggest following my guidelines I laid out above so you can get the outcome you paid for. Give them the opportunity to make it correct but the current wrap is what I would say not at all industry standards.

Let me know if you need any additional help to get you to the desired results

I have never done a wrap previously to my own CT and mine has nearly zero flaws. I do have one or two small spots that I notice (nearly nobody else does) that are not perfect and had I been paying the labor for it I would have complained. In no way would that be acceptable to me. If I had done that on my own CT I would be embarrassed with the results so much so that I would have simply removed it before anyone saw it. A refund is in order as I am not sure I would even accept that level of talent to retry to rewrap it UNLESS a third party that does wrapping would approve the end results or full refund.

I should have added a picture of the mirror. There is about a 1mm gap around the mirror. He didn't take them off but instead wrapped up to the edge and you can see the metal. I embarrassed to even drive this. From far it looks "cool", but up close it looks like hell.
It saddens us to see that a vehicle of such simplicity could be given back to you in this condition… From a manufactures stand point, this is a lack of wrap knowledge all together and could be extremely risky to attempt a second time. We also regret to inform you that based just on the photos themselves, that does no appear to be PPF. That could very well be vinyl. It’s obvious based on the way the overlapping panels are blending together (Pillars to Front fender). Due to the thickness of ppf, you would see harder raised lines. I encourage you to test this by feeling the overlapping film. Does it feel brittle like paper? Or does it feel stretchy and hard to penetrate?

Feels stretchy. Here's a quick video. Tell me what you think:

Wow. So. Bad.
get your money back however you can. I don’t think I’d trust him to remove this mess. I sure as hell don’t trust him to get it right on another try. If he had any earthly idea what a good job looks like, he would not have delivered this.

really really sorry this happened to you. You made a great color choice and it should have been amazing. Disappointing, to say the least.

This is RATCHET! I did a better job on my DIY install on the first try! Ray Charles could do better than that!

Yeah that’s crap. I had a similar issue with the edges because I also have PPF and the brand I went with is pretty thick. It boiled down to not enough prep. I took it back and he fixed about 6 areas that were doing what our shower in the wrapped edge and it’s been fine ever sense. Some of those bubble areas might be able to be pushed out but clearly the guy didn’t prep the truck good and it’s coming up. The worst is why is that window panel to the body one piece and bit cut ?
if you paid 2k you got a 2 k job if you paid more you got ripped off and need to find a way to get your money back.

Total was supposed to be 6500 and include ceramic coat. I paid 1/2 of up front as deposit. Haven't paid the rest. I'm trying to figure out what to do. Demand full refund? Make the shop redo it? But then how long do I wait and what will it look like then?
If he cut the wrap short around mirrors and areas it just un fixable period . That price is so much. I paid $4500 PPF
You might want to think about telling him “this didn’t go well and you shouldn’t have taken this on if you couldn’t do the job right. Me driving this around is as bad on me as it is on your business” . If you’re a really nice guy you can say keep 1k and refund me the rest and I won’t tell anyone this is your shops work . That might be the best way to approach it and just take the hit on the 1k and maybe he will just do that. If not put a sign on your truck saying his job did the wrap and drive around town. I wouldn’t let him touch it again

I wouldn’t trust a redo here! If thats their first attempt, then run! Run fast with your money! You can do better yourself with our DIY kit! I am serious!

Update to this is he refunded the full $3250 deposit. He respectfully asked me for a second chance with the promise that I didn't have to pay anything up front and I could pick another PPF shop in the city to inspect before any payment. I thought about it initially and agreed to give it another go, but changed my mind after reading the feedback on this post.
