The brushes from the carwash gave me anxiety as I watched them clean your cybertruck. Hopefully they didn't cause any damage.

Kudos to this carwash on the amount of dryers at the end.
Those are foam/floppy and I used that kind on my Model Y for a couple of years before getting my CT. No scratches or other issues. I have gotten a couple of washes with them since on the CT. I suspect that anyone taking issue with this kind of wash might as well wash it themselves or have it washed by a professional. Some of us aren't that picky/paranoid (or have that much disposable money esp. after buying the Cybertruck).

I got tired of handwashing after driving to ranch in the sticks b/c the front end is like ultimate bug terminator...I guess all ICE cars hide it pretty well in radiator grill lol. Anyway, point being I have taken it through automatic soft brush wash now about 5-6 times and it does an amazing job at removing all the dried insects, fingerprints and other crap. What I was surprised by the most is how much water the blowers get off the truck vs. my bronco or raptor...I guess it is straight edges. I mean it is like dry. The only part it never dries is the tailgate as I think it has a angle to it the air can't reach at my local wash. I just keep a microfiber towel in locker and dry it off and any extra spots it may have missed. Saves me 45-1hr each time easy vs using mix of BKF/water solution in bucket, rinsing to remove acidic residue and then drying by hand. It doesn't replace a thorough hand wash at all, but for 5min run through, it is amazing time saver, especially in 95-100 Tx heat.
