So, I just had an idea because i used to have aquariums.
A magnetic aquarium glass cleaner that would clean both sides simultaneously.
Get yourself one of those magnetic aquarium glass cleaners. where half goes on the inside and the other half on the outside you move the outside part, and the one inside follows along so it cleans both sides simultaneously. but more importantly you can reach all the way down on the inside windshield all from the outside.
