My personal favorite goes something like this (for the rare case when they make it past Google Voice call screening):
"Hi I'm calling about your vehicles warranty ..."
I cut them off abruptly, and pretend to be in a huge hurry, but interested enough to call the CSR back on their personal cell at a convenient time.
"Well, I don't think I'd like you calling my personal cell about this"
WELL HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL?!?!? *click*
