How to Report Bugs, Feature Requests, and Feedback

Newby CyberBeast owner here so dont beat me up......I searched the forums and haven't found anything. I would have thought with Tesla being a tech advanced company they would have great feedback mechanisms but I am not finding that to be the case. I would think as driving and testing new software releases we could hit a button to give an audio recording of the issue and then it would upload that and video to Tesla to provide feedback for them to review. I couldn't even find anything on the website to do this.

Anyone know what the official way to submit issues or feature requests to help them improve the software?
