How to set cruise control?

I’ve read that our CTs have cruise control even there there is no FSD. I have yet to figure out how to work it. There is a cruise control looking switch on the RHS of the steering wheel (near the wiper switch) but mine doesn’t click at all. Is it defective?

Hope you guys lucky enough to have taken delivery get your FSD soon, will be weird driving a Tesla without it doing some of the driving.
