No ETA- I just got a notification on the app that I needed to complete my insurance. Opened the app and finally had a VIN. I completed the insurance and last step is making final payment which I wasn't planning to do until the truck is delivered but didn't know if that is possible.

I think you can make final payment when you pick it up.

I had read on this forum of a person that made final payment and then their truck didn't even arrive and now they are trying to issue a refund because no new truck has been assigned to them.

This is why I was hoping to make final payment at delivery like I did with my model Y.

I was a little anxious because it says to make payment or risk delay of delivery :/

I added it to my current policy with Geico and still TBD how it will impact my premium. It said my premium won't change (can't believe it) but will believe it when I activate it. I have five other vehicles on the policy and it didn't change when I added my last motorcycle...:/

I just got off the phone with Geico and it looks like adding the Cybertruck will increase my premium approximately $1,300 for the 6 month policy.

Wow! In Idaho?? Now I’m getting concerned. I got quoted $533 for 6 months (Moab, UT)… and it makes me wonder when I actually do it what it will end up really costing!

I was surprised, adding the CT basically doubled my premium that includes a Ford F150 and model Y. Not a deal breaker but more than I was expecting.

Interesting updates from today, I tried to send this earlier but was too swamped. Idaho has delivered 2 Cybertrucks as of today and they have 6 more they are getting ready. I am scheduled to pick mine up Friday (4/12) morning.

I think they only have one beast out of the 8 but as long as they have mine I'm happy. Can't wait!
