Is the Austin TX water used in the windhield wiper fluild mixuture of hard water?

I get a lot of dried mineral deposits when spraying the winshield with the orig. CT wiper fluid. I will try to flush with some distilled water and try again.

Random thought, Wonder if the reservoirs is cleaned enough durring the production process. Could contain the oils etc used to extract off the molds before there sandwiched together,

Also, if you live where it freezes, make sure you flush it out and fill it with a known washer fluid for freezing temperatures.

Both when I got my Porsche and Model 3, neither had cold weather washer fluid and both got chunky in the first cold snap.
