Good Day all,

Interesting discovery. I had both of my molle racks on the L track fall down after some cargo shifted in the bed. When trying to reinstall, I noticed that the wing nut base is not flat like then ones used for the tie down hooks. Anyone know where I can order some that are the flat version? The one pictured on the right can move freely to be positioned and secured, the left one will not slide on the track causing the panels to not be secured and fall off with the right amount of force.

I did open a ticket with Tesla Service and was told they do not support the accessory, and I needed to go through the tesla store online which I am still awaiting a reply.

Thanks!

When I installed my Molle panels with the OEM screw/nuts, I do not remember having any issues with the panels not being secured tightly (With the nut/bolts) pictured at the left). You might check the L tracks to determine if the slides were damaged during your cargo shift.

Good luck with getting support from Tesla online store. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had with a company.

Just wanted to add I also ordered drive and passenger side molle panel.
Driver side install was a breeze as it had the proper flat "wing nut". The one on the right in your picture.

Passenger side came with exactly what you got *the left one" its flared so it does not slide through the L track at all. I emailed TESLA hope they can send me 3 proper bolts

They ended up sending me a replacement panel and I had to send the old one back.

FYI- Tesla service sent the entire MOLLE panel to me only to have the same incorrect 3 nuts. Can anyone help us locate the correct bolts?
