Did you get yours down in Texas yet?

It’s so crazy to me that a 12/28 reservation still isn’t getting a VIN in KC with all these trucks being dropped off there.

Yep, I picked up about a week and a half ago. Truck is great but had several parts that were damaged at delivery so waiting for them all to come. Hopefully more get delivered soon to some Kansas peeps!

Looks like Kansas City is about to deliver a few trucks. Unfortunately not mine.

That could be mine! Haven't heard anything from Tesla though?

Wow. - so it seems VINs aren’t assigned until at the SC? I’m still waiting, glad you got a VIN as I was tracking your progress.

I'm hoping they're doing extensive QA and assigning once they pass, based on what I've read in this forum regarding issues post delivery.

I'll ask some questions when I get delivery scheduled and report back what I find.
