Hey guys,
I purchased the L-Track accessory off the tesla website and it shipped to me after a month missing half of the bolts. the box looked opened and there was an old label on it that was torn, looked like a possible return with a number on it. I don't want to return (out of stock) this over missing bolts, is there a way i can request more or get some more from a service center?

Probably, make a service request for otc parts, explain what happened, show photos if you have them, and maybe they will get you the hardware? Or go to the hardware store. 😀

The mounting fasteners are a bit unique, nothing similar available at local hardware. My first shipment of L-Track arrived with both sides of the package crushed, disfigured, and opened. Somehow half (11 of 20), of the fasteners were still in the package. I opened a customer service request to have the missing shipped. I was notified they are unable to send the missing hardware and was asked if I wanted to return or exchange for another package.

My second package arrived in the exact same condition. Both ends frayed, crushed, and open. This time no mounting hardware was in the "box". I opened another ticket about a week ago, but have not heard back yet.

This is a severely inadequate shipping package for this type of stock. I do hope they find a solution. I'll update when they provide a solution for me.
