Can I get some help/advice from others who know the answers to the these questions.
1. Does Lane Departure Avoidance work for anyone? I do not have the option to put it in "Assist" mode as the manual suggests (can anyone?). However, even in "Warning" mode I do not get any notification when I drift over (very visible) highway lines.
2. Does automatic windshield wiper work? I have driven in the rain and waited until it was raining pretty hard on the windshield. It never turned on until I manually started it.
3. Is there some type of warning detection from something coming at the truck from the side? I was backing out of the driveway and did not see a car coming from around the corner. I would have expected some type of alert similar to my other cars. Same situation for pedestrian walking behind me as I backup. No warning.
4. Is there a way to set the center screen to 'remember' my settings? I like for screen to be in rear/side mirror mode. It would be nice if I could make that the default.
5. I added my wife as an additional driver. Whenever we drive together, the car shows her name in the upper right, even though I got in the truck and backed it out of the garage before she came out of the house (so it can't be confused about which one of us connected).
