I'd always planned on being able to drive down the beach (wife likes the beach) when I get the CT . After seeing Ben Sullin's video about submerged Teslas in saltwater and days later catching fire now I'm not sure. My thinking was to put it in wade mode, and well after all, I'm not submerging it for hours at a time in saltwater and I'm aware of the pressurizing the pack feature. However, the sand is salty and there will be sand on the bottom of the chassis in and around the battery which will later be driven in the rain and puddles. How good is the sealing of the pack and especially where high voltage wiring enters the pack. Anyone have experience with this on their other Tesla's S,3,X, and Y?
