I wouldn't stress over this aspect of the topic.... you'll move up as/when people get the call and then cold feet, and then bailout.

Personally, my target expectation as of a few weeks ago when I checked the online estimator thing was Nov 2024... I believe and am mentally prepared for it to happen 6 months ether side of that date.

We don't have disambiguated finances - it's easier for us - and communication is key to any relationship ^-^
