Omg who cares it's just a logo that was faint and hardly visible to begin with.

1) okay I just got back from the service center, and they did get the 1) Cerberus logo on it. but it was after 5pm when I finally got a look at it, and it got dark before i got home. I had no chance to take a good look at it. But when I was at the service center and in low light, I thought I saw a very pronounced swirl pattern. Now last time i was there they told me "Sorry but the tailgates we have on hand came in with some surface staining from the protective film. We will have to reschedule you for that." (wasted my visit that time) Now I suspect that they used one of those same stained tailgates anyway and just refinished the surface. and all of this was done in a rush because they didn't start on the tailgate until I arrived after 4:30pm. I know this because they tell me that "it's almost done". Then I see my CB roll out and roll right by me with what looked like my old tailgate, and it was, because about 10 mins later it rolls by again this time with a tailgate that still had protective film on it. then it wasn't out again for another 15mins. Now I don't know about the other stuff on the work order I haven't had a chance to check any of it. but I don't have a good feeling about it. well see tomorrow. can't believe that they wait until I'm already there to start. It took 2 days to perform a 25 min job. After not getting it done Friday, like they said they would. On Friday they inform me that they will need more time, so they move my pickup for today at 5pm. All day in the progress report from the app it only showed the tire pressure check had been completed. I sent them several msg to make sure I don't make the drive for no reason since it wouldn't be the first time they do that to me. And no response at all to any of my mgs and no further progress is reported. I was totally prepared to come back empty handed. I come in and they are scrambling to get my truck out the door it was like they completely forgot about me. I don't know what to say anymore but I'm not happy with this whole SC experience. I will have better analysis for us of all the work that should have been done tomorrow when the sun comes out.
Well, it's not looking good. I had a chance to inspect the 2) mud flaps last night in the dark, and I could feel that it was not replaced as it was on the work order. I provided the parts because it's an item that is only sold in the tesla store so that means that the service center does not have access to it. So, I only need one, but they only come in a set of 4. I thought that was strange because only last week when I didn't need one, they were sold in sets of 2, the front 2, or the rear 2 that made sense to me. All of a sudden, I need one and they only sold in sets of 4 now. okay no big deal $100 I still have $1000plus in store credits. I'll buy all 4 and I'm sure I'll need one of the other 3 someday. so, I do the parts sourcing for the SC they agree to install them and not only were they not installed they kept all 4 of the new ones. I'm going to guess that all the other items on the work order were also ignored. 2) fail and missing replacment parts.
3)they said they would fix the sharp edges -need to inspect.- 3) fail I checked not done!
4)i had a fault on a camera blur that they caused on a SC visit before I owned it to fix a noisy camara-fan, 4) pending I have to get into the service Manuel to check that one.
5) They said that they want to look at my Divider to verify if (I'm telling the truth, they didn't say that but that's what it sounded like) about it being broken so they can give me the check for reimbursement. 5)failed no check or resolution on that yet and that was my original issue. ongoing now for over 4 visits.
now that I've inspected the work around my bed area.
6) New damage found obviously caused by the SC to my upper side panel where the triangle mole panels go on top of. they broke all the clips that hold it in place along the bottom edge. the top edge just gets tucked under the rubber seal along the top so the only thing holding that panel on is the rubber. already scheduled SC visit #6 with no end in sight my truck actually comes back worse every time.

If they're treating me this way, there must be lots more unsatisfied owners with the SC results. to top it off on this last visit I was told that since I have had so many repeat visits or more than one visit for the same issue, that this time there would be a manager there at the time of pickup. to check the work with me and make sure it all got done, not even that happened, including most of the work. They kept my new parts that I had sent to my home and hand delivered.

This is what I'm speculating.
They are just telling people what they want to hear not what they intend on doing. and when you realize that nothing was fixed, they just play dumb and reschedule you again pretend the work was done and just keep sending you through loops until you give up. they must be overwhelmed with no available parts inventory no way of placing orders on parts and no budget and understaffed. But they probably would get fired if they told you the truth. they have to go along with it and pretend all is well.
