Love Tesla, but....... CT in service for over one month

CT in service for over one month. Sent in for inoperable interior light, rattle in dashboard. Tech damaged dash taking in out and waiting on part. Three separate dates of expected delivery - last being April 24th (a week ago). Service will not return my texts for past week about status. Called Tesla for some help with issue and cannot get through to a live person. Grrrrrr.

Have they given you a loaner? The best thing about Tesla service in the early days was a loaner was essentially guaranteed, now the company has been holding vehicles longer and loaners seem to be given more sparingly.

U do have a loaner???
That's what we were afraid of. Getting repair done the first year.

I'm in a similar situation .... honestly so disappointed that this is the type of service you get on a 120k truck.

I understand addressing issues takes time, but at least be transparent and communicate with owners.
