How do I reach out to Tesla , I called my local dealer from where I got my truck , the automated system is goofed up that it threw we some weird options.

My accessory for roof screen is all distorted,

Create a Service Request. If there is not a specific case that comes close to your needs, I believe that there is an other or just pick any.

Give Tesla 24 hours for a response and all communications will then occur through this mechanism.
