Modifying the truck image in the touch screen?

Probably a stupid newbie question so forgive me but, I'm installing the mud flaps next week and saw a video on YouTube where the image of the truck on the touch screen showed the mud flaps on the vehicle. How is it possible to update the image?

I mean you can change the color. I have a white wrap
And I made mine white on the screen but not sure you can add more then a color
