hmmm. The red is brighter than the stock bulbs, but we mention on the page that the white option will always be the brightest (visually, and technically, just by virtue of the fact that white light makes everything appear brighter).

Of the colors, red is the least bright (same SMDs, but red has the narrowest visible light spectrum, so inherently appears dimmer, also the reason that red lighting is often used in situations where you want to avoid night-blindness), blue and purple are relatively close.

Let me know if you want to switch them out for a different color.

Hey Pete, for tech guys like me that like to geek out on the details, what's different about these puddle lights than the prior model ones? Are they running on 48 volt?

Our screen protectors are finally in production, so first stock should be around the end of the month, give or take. It's been a long process, but I have zero doubt these are the best screen protectors in the world.

I'll vouch for the screen protectors. I've used them from AO in my last 3 tesla's and they've been great. I love the hard screen protector with the installation plastic guide. Not many other brands offer that and AO always has which has helped.

One suggestion though, toss in an extra wet wipe in each kit. I had to resort to using some alcohol wipes i had which are less than ideal since they are too wet because I had to go back and wipe again to get a smudge out but by that time the wipe was totally dry since they are barely wet for obvious reasons. For the price of this kit, i'm hoping that is not a problem.

No, the CT still has 16v endpoints for the puddle lights (and many other circuits). The factory lights in the CT are the same p/n as Highland, but, curiously, the Highland OEM puddle lights don't work in the CT, which is disappointing, as I made a huge assumption about a year ago that they would, lol.
