in my opinion, FSD is near perfect, but it makes a lot of non-safety related mistakes such as turning into wrong business, exit wrong way, missing some turns. mostly all mapping problems at this point.
exactly this, mapping and missed exits aren't really safety concerns, my commute just started a massive 12 mile interstate construction project, and the map routing routinely errs thinking the interstate is closed and trying to re-route off the interstate.

It would slow me down to take that route but its certainly SAFE

Just got home from visiting mom and watching the Guardians home opener victory. On the way home (Eastbound) we went city streets to my brothers business to pick up some packing boxes. On a left turn onto a 5 lane road (two lanes each way with center turn lane) the CT took us into the Left Turn Lane of the Southbound traffic. This has happened more than once. I have reported it before. I had to take control to get us out of oncoming traffic and to get into our lane. I reported it and said this needs to be corrected. So FSD isn't perfect or even close but I do like it on long highway trips.

Navigation and driving errors are experienced not rarely. FSD new releases are followed with multiple reiterations as bug fixes for unanticipated problems. It’s seems obvious to users of Tesla’s FSD that it’s highly unlikely that FSD is on track for safe Robo Taxi full autonomy in June. So, how can EM state it is?
