I keep nav voice on because unlike my MS, there is no next turn screen. But I turn the volume down to a minimum. Yet every time I start up, it is loud again. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Even my dog can remember a truck the next day. But my CT doesn't pee on the rug...

Have you reboot the MCU by chance?

And just to double check, you aren't attempting to adjust your music volume at the same time that the nav prompt is speaking, right?

also check the top suggestion here about phone calls:

In my experience since I got my first Tesla in 2018, I find that when navigation is speaking, you can control the vol with the left scroll wheel. Did you know you can mute the Nav volume? Check out my page and feel free to make it a favorite in your Tesla browser to refer back to it easily while driving.
