I have a foundation series cyber beast, and I've had it for about a year with around 12,000 mi. I love the truck.
About a week ago, I started to hear a new noise which appears to come from under the backseat, passenger side. I am guessing that This is the third motor. The sound is an irregular pattern, and is quite noticeable whenever I get into the truck. It sounds like a big fly up against a window buzzing against the glass to try to get out. They are in short bursts, maybe 1 to 2 seconds each and intermittent. The noise seems to go away after driving for a while, but starts back as soon as you re-enter.
You can hear the noise at 0:11 cybertruck noise
I've had Teslas for over 6 years now and I know occasionally little sounds happen, and sometimes go away with updates, I also have no messages of any failures or cautions.
Anyone experience anything like this? My concern is that maybe something is starting to fail with that third motor
