I took off the covers, and ordered some cheap caps off Amazon. Here’s a pic, tell me what you think now. Any better? Worse? I’m still not sure what I think about it.

Yeah no. The lug nut cover is still a Heptagon and the Pirelli Sidewall’s a Nonagon.

Looks immensely better without the aero covers in my opinion.
Just like the 2017-2023 Model 3 18 inch "pinwheel" rims. Way better looking IMHO without the aero covers.

I'm curious about weight of the "Core" rims versus the AT rims. People are really going to flip out for road-based performance gains if the Core rims weigh less!

That said, the AT rims + tires look so good. Maybe I will get a set of Core rims for winter use with dedicated snow tires.
