New tire insurance on new FS Cybertruck?

That is much better than the Tesla plan which is only good for 1 year, but doesn't it require that you are buying the tires from DT?

It is not required to purchase new tires from Discount Tires to purchase the warranty.

We were driving around talking about what comes with the FS and my wife asked whether it comes with Tesla Tire Insurance. I got a new set of tires in January and paid the extra fee for the peace of mind for our winter cross country trip. Do new CTs (or other Teslas) come with 1-year tire insurance and, if not, has anyone purchased it? How much is it per tire?

It looks like they are indeed adding the Cybertruck. I got an email letting me know to ask my Tesla advisor about it at pickup.
