The biggest appeal for me is the plug and play part. I have an auxbeam setup in my truck but I’d much rather have a thing that doesn’t require any additional wiring.
How do you turn it on and off and what actually powering it?
is it a 48v light or do you build some sort of buck converter into the bar?

@CyberGlow , can you share how you make that shooting star thing happen? It’s SO cool looking.

Man I love the stars in your setup @hemiarch! I’ve been looking at ways at making mine look and feel a bit more “space-ship”y as the kids (including me in that) love the idea. Not to highjack you thread but if you or @Pops or anyone else have any suggestions on some modifications I can make I’d be much obliged. I’ve done comfort things like the fridge, the rear view camera mirror, side steps of the littlies, headrest pillows, but outside I’ve only done the lightbar(which easily survived our round trip to AZ and back, and the rear bike panel with added jump seats (kids love em for tailgating). I *have* a frunk light bar but haven’t installed it yet especially with the issues the holiday update brought folks that did. Any suggestions ideas etc anyone would be willing to share I’d greatly appreciate as I love when the kids get even more excited about it.

Either way, love the starry alcantara and definitely want to do that at some point.

thank you and merry Christmas!

Thanks man. Merry Christmas to you too.
one of the first things I did to add fun to the cabin was teslas careoke or in our case truckeoke mics. Not too much money and add instant cool factor for kids.

The other fun thing is this easy to install and not too expensive led strip that adds some color into the interior.

And rpm teslas color adjustable lights. Super simple to do and big bang for the buck.

Those would probably be my first steps.
small investment with big custom feeling results.

Coincidence that this link is also evbase because I was on the website looking for a link to the LED light strip but these door sills are available from a bunch of sellers and also fun.

Hope that helps a little and is what you had in mind but if not, happy to scratch my head together with you and figure out what works for your truck.
