Agree with all. Pretty hard to be impressed compared to other ones from Boston Dynamics, and the fact that there was NO AI even present at an AI event. It was humans behind them controlling them and speaking etc. Lame. Promising ideas though.

Tesla and the robots did not say no AI was involved. They said they were assisted - which they were, from their assistants accompanying them to people making sure they kept acting. Be kinda hard to say how much AI versus how much human help ahead of time.

Yeah. I noticed that too. Its better than the last time when they had a person in a costume but they still seem far away from Optimus. 10 years or more.
More like 100 years. It's been 10 years already and they still can't get a car to drive itself.

? the negativity in this thread is wild. Anyone remember the same comments when he showed the cyber truck ? “ No never he can’t do it” . Well he did. Is it far out ? Maybe, did he do some magic tricks to make it work ? Probably but that’s how it all works. You don’t just have a even and bam tomorrow we are ordering Jarvis

We are a decade away from seeing robots in peoples homes. Elon and his stretch goals are getting old with Wall Street analysts.
LOL, ROTFLMAO.

Probably a majority of homes have robots in them today. I suspect that a crap load were sold on Amazon last week.

technology is so difficult to understand-when Apple unveiled iphone in Jan, 07 with price tag of $499-then Microsoft CEO made fun of it and APPL plunged. Now, what? What What?
