Orange County Ca to Ridgcrest Towing Side by Side -- tips?

Good morning guys. Long shot here, but looking if anyone who has experience towing down the the 395 in CA. I have a CT beast and looking to tow from OC to the "Football Filed off road area just before Ridgecrest" From the charging station in Hesperia Ca, to the Camping area its about 110 miles. I know there are a few Hills and currently burn 2x the energy while towing. Just looking for some tips or tricks or any other info. I'll post my results after the break.

Keep your speed at 65mph or below and your range is MUCH better. Just pulled a 3500lb enclosed trailer hauling a SxS in the mountains up to Globe, AZ. Speed made a huge difference.

GOOD TRAILER TIRES AND CHECK THE AIR ! If I was a betting man you will have problems with the trailer tires before any charging or truck problems...
go slow take your time. Have fun !
