Got the green light. Anyone know how long the window of opportunity stay open?

Loan will take up to 30 days to get approved, home equity loan is going to be less costly, its unlikely to be refused, other than unforeseen circumstances... but if declined is the $1000 still forfeit?

Is there any way to talk/email directly with Tesla to get answers to questions? Other than going to a dealer?

You pretty much don't have to make final payment until it arrives. But the sooner you knock everything out the better. But yea according to the docs. 1k is forfeit if you don't buy. Some people just put holds on it in hopes that the cheap one comes soon

It only take about a couple minutes to get the loan approved. So you don't need to apply the loan till 1-2 weeks after you get your VIN.

Don't pay anything except that $1000 deposit until the delivery day after checking everything is sound and satisfied.
