Parking chimes

How do I turn the parking chimes on? I got really close to a post when backing up to see if the parking chimes would alert me but nothing happened.

It's just like when tesla removed ultrasonic sensors, the software for vision based parking assist was not ready yet. The software likely will have this feature, it just currently does not (annoyingly).

Thanks. That’s a bummer. They have a green light chime but no alerts if I am about to hit something. Doesn’t make sense. Appreciate the responses.

Did this ever start working after you after an update? Asking cause it’s October 2024 and I still don’t have any chimes while parking or driving yet some people are claiming they do.
