phone connect, key upgrade failing

I was trying to get on a call yesterday while FSD and phone wouldn’t connect. I tried and tried and turned off bt phone ct and unpaired but will not work. I noticed my phone key will not upgrade either.

I need to post here at this forum every issue I have since it connected and it is fixed somehow in re-trying to connect. odd.
