Does the problem happen only at home? Mine diconnects only at home, never in other places. Never. My latest theory is that my home has a runaway bluettoth device (I have so many) -- think interference. Regarless, the Cybertruck BLE protocol should be able to deal wirth congested n etworks -- instead it just gives up.I think @trivex was correct. I had 10 extra "keys" in my truck. iPhone 15 pro, iPhone 16 pro, 17 Air, Apple Watch, my wife's phones, even renaming a phone, causes it to add as another Phone Key. I removed all of them and haven't had as much as an issue. But I still have some issues, and other bluetooth devices I have are not working correctly, so I have a ticket out with Apple, and they have been doing a ton of log gathering and testing.
At home, I also did an experiment -- I parked my car 1/8 miles away and my phone still crapped out, which can point to a client (Iphone) software issue (Tesla app) getting flooded or something.
At this point I am going to escalate the issue with Tesla and ask for a Cybertruck loaner for 48 hours in order to see if another vehicle is having the same issues.
