I think @trivex was correct. I had 10 extra "keys" in my truck. iPhone 15 pro, iPhone 16 pro, 17 Air, Apple Watch, my wife's phones, even renaming a phone, causes it to add as another Phone Key. I removed all of them and haven't had as much as an issue. But I still have some issues, and other bluetooth devices I have are not working correctly, so I have a ticket out with Apple, and they have been doing a ton of log gathering and testing.
Does the problem happen only at home? Mine diconnects only at home, never in other places. Never. My latest theory is that my home has a runaway bluettoth device (I have so many) -- think interference. Regarless, the Cybertruck BLE protocol should be able to deal wirth congested n etworks -- instead it just gives up.

At home, I also did an experiment -- I parked my car 1/8 miles away and my phone still crapped out, which can point to a client (Iphone) software issue (Tesla app) getting flooded or something.

At this point I am going to escalate the issue with Tesla and ask for a Cybertruck loaner for 48 hours in order to see if another vehicle is having the same issues.

Try removing you “home” location from your truck. if that fixes it, its either a software issue/setting.

both my Cyberbeasts had several Issues the past week, ever since the Tron update,
this morning I had to actually open the app, select the desired truck, and then, it would open.
Its a problem that's not getting better

You did this in the Tesla, not the iPhone, correct?

This is the exact issue I have been having since I bought the truck over a year ago. Only at home does this happen. Really frustrating. I read some people with other Tesla models having a similar issue and they discovered it to be a Wifi/Bluetooth interference and changing their 2.4 GHz network channel fixed it. I tried this myself, but saw no change.

Try shutting down your Wifi at home and see if that fixes the disconnect issue. If it does you at least know it has to do with your Wifi and not your car. I just thought about doing this and will give it a try later today.

I have the iPhone 15 Pro and an Orbi mesh network at home.
